Amped is a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplace designed for UK-based DJs. Our platform provides a secure environment for verified users to buy and sell DJ equipment. To ensure safety, all users must verify their identity before accessing the app.

2. User Responsibilities
By using Amped, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and identity verification.
Use the platform responsibly and respect other users.

3. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Amped:

Messaging buyers or sellers outside the app.
Engaging in fraudulent activities or creating fake listings.
Uploading photos that do not belong to you or represent your listing.
Posting hateful, spammy, or illegal content.
Conducting any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.
Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are managed between private buyers and sellers. Amped does not take responsibility for disputes unless the item arrives in a condition that is faulty or significantly not as described. In such cases, Amped may intervene to assist in resolving the issue.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and features on Amped are the intellectual property of Amped or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our platform without prior written permission.

6. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

You violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
You engage in activities that harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.
We suspect fraudulent or malicious intent associated with your account.
Termination may include removal of your profile, listings, and access to the platform.

7. Liability Disclaimer
Amped is a facilitator of transactions and does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or legality of items listed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and transactions.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
